Elliott S. Topkins Attorney Elliott S. Topkins graduated Cum Laude from Harvard College in 1965, and then received his LLB from Harvard Law School in 1968. He is currently a partner in the law firm Topkins & Bevans with offices in Boston, Braintree, and Waltham, Massachusetts. He served as General Counsel to Commonwealth Mortgage Company, Inc. from 1987 to 1992. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association.
